Students have the ability to sign up for payment plans online. There is a $40 per semester fee to participate in this plan. Fall plan months are August through November; spring plan months are January through April.
Students who are accepting or declining the health insurance plan must go online to accept or request a waiver. The deadline is Sept. 15, 2013. Waiver instructions are available on the Business Office Web page.
Students with a credit balance on account will be issued a refund check within 14 days of the credit posting, unless the student authorizes the College, in writing, to hold it for another semester. Refund checks can be picked up at the Business Office bank window in the Administration Building on Fridays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Student IDs will be required to pick up checks. Any check not picked up by 2 p.m. will be mailed to the student's home address.
Student Account Information
Springfield College has completed the administrative software conversion and has implemented PrideNET, the College portal. Our students already have benefited from the portal and are able to check and to update academic schedules, find information on housing and campus services, and engage online with student clubs and organizations.
Updated student account information within PrideNET may be accessed by entering the webmail username and password. Clicking on the "MyProfile" tab within PrideNET will allow users to view account status, find links to medical insurance waivers, and pay bills online. Information regarding monthly payment plans is now posted under the "MyProfile" tab in the "My Account" section.
