Online Billing and Payments
You will be notified electronically on the 15th of every month via your Springfield College email that your bill is now ready to be viewed in CashNet.
This is the only address your email notification will be sent to.
You should click on http://commerce.cashnet.com/spfldcolpay.
You will then be prompted to login using your PrideNET login and password where you can view and pay your bill, and sign up for electronic refunds. If you have never been on PrideNET, then your password is your Springfield College identification number. Once you have reset your password in PrideNET, it will reset your e-bill password.
You will have the ability to add multiple authorized users (this could include adding an additional e-mail address for yourself) to electronically receive your bill with the option to make electronic payments. You will need to follow the instructions under “Parent Pin.”
Should the need occur, you are responsible for disabling any authorized user’s access.
Very Important: No other person(s) will receive your bill or have access to your account information until you have set them up as an authorized user.
Parents/guardians will not be able to authorize or disable themselves.
You can also view your bill at anytime in PrideNET. This will show your most recent activity and account balance. To view your bill in PrideNET simply log on, click on "my profile," then click on "my student account."
Your student is responsible for authorizing you to receive electronic notification of bills with the ability to make a payment.
Once you have been authorized, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will then be able to access the student's account and reset your password.
You will have several options for payment, including one-time payments and/or recurring payments.
Please know that your banking information is confidential and your student will not have access to this information.
