Pre-Medical Club
The Pre-Medical Club at Springfield College was created in order to help give students guidance on choosing a career in a pre-professional field. The club is open to any major or anyone interested in continuing their education in a health related field. The club gives students an opportunity to have schools they are interested in continuing their education at come and give information about themselves and help the students figure out if it is a feasable choice. The Pre-Med club also has guest speakers that help with the application process, interview process, and many other obstacles they may need to overcome in order to achieve their goals. The Pre-Medical club also offers opportunities such as a chance to be CPR certified, volunteer opporutnities in an area of interest, and other activities that are related to different health fields. If you are interested in joining the club or have any questions please feel free to e-mail the club at scpremed@aol.com or jglabicky@spfldcol.edu.
We hope to see you there!

Special Notice
The pre-medicine club is arranging an MCAT Princeton Review Class to be held at Springfield College. The class will start in January of 2007, when classes resume for spring semester, and end in April of 2007, just in time to take the MCAT in April or May. Normally, Princeton Review offers classes at neighboring colleges, such as Mt. Holyoke and UMASS at a fee of $1599 for the classroom course. If the pre-med club arranges to have a least 6 students to take the class, we will have the ability to have the class on campus, at Springfield College and at a discounted rate of $1349. We already have four students express a verbal committment, so all we need is two more. This is a great deal and convenience.
Please respond by November 20, 2006 by sending an email to crystal_larson2003@yahoo.com or calling my cell (847) 651-5817.
Thank you and good luck,
Crystal Larson
