Welcome to the Psychology Department
The Psychology Department at Springfield College offers a wide range of educational opportunities and experiences in both undergraduate and graduate study. Springfield College has long been at the forefront of psychology education and has a strong record of preparing professionals who are broadly trained and equipped to enter the workplace with practical experience gained through fieldwork or internships. Springfield College undergraduates are also prepared for graduate school in psychology or in applied fields such as school guidance counseling, clinical psychology, and more.

Graduate Programs in PsychologyGraduate programs at Springfield College provide an understanding of the full range of human behavior—both in practical, real-life situations and in theoretical and scholarly study. In each program, the curriculum is characterized by two parallel themes: a practical understanding of people and why they behave the way they do, and a scholarly appreciation of the problems encountered in the discipline of psychology. |
