Why You Get What You Get

  • Your professor reselected the book for a future term.
  • We have enough already.
  • It’s needed on another campus. Demand determines the value.
  • A new edition has been published.
  • Books need to be in saleable condition.

    Best Times to Sell

You can sell your books anytime during the year. We know you might not want to hold onto your books after you take that final. But the best time to sell them is when we receive the book orders for a future term. We will notify the MSSW faculty to provide you with these ‘best’ times.
These dates are mid-semester, so we recommend you hold onto your books at the end of the semester and bring them in on these weekends to maximize the amount of money you will receive for them.
