Dave Hall
BS Psychology, Virginia Commonwealth UniversityMS Sports Management, University of West Florida
Ed.D Educational Administration and Leadership, University of the Pacific.
Originally from Ellington, CT. Did Bachelor's degree in Richmond, VA at VCU before doing a graduate assistantship and the University of West Florida, in Pensacola, FL. Spent 5 years as Assistant Director of Recreation at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi before moving to Stockton, CA to become Director of Campus Recreation in June of 2000. began at Springfield College as it's first Director of Campus Recreation, in 2005.
Mike Croft
Born and raised in Virginia, received B.S. in Recreation Management from Radford University (VA) and M.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Work experience includes three years at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Richmond and three years as the Program Coordinator of Intramurals at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).
Christine St. Laurent
Chris is originally from Manchester, CT. She received her BS in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and MS in Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology from James Madison University in Virginia. Chris has worked in hospital, universtiy, and spa based wellness centers as a personal trainer, program leader, and group fitness instructor. She also worked with sports performance programs and as a student strength and conditioning coach at JMU. Chris joined us this summer from the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she was the Coordinator of Fitness & Wellness Programs in Campus Recreation.
Peter Avdoulos
Aquatics Coordinator, Campus RecreationB.S. in Business Management, cum laude , from Springfield College. Honored with the "Top Business Management Student" award upon graduation.
Beginning 2nd year as full time Aquatics Coordinator here at the College. Currently maintain national Certified Pool Operator status. Also serve as Head Men's and Women's Diving Coach (23rd year). Established and continues to coach an ongoing youth diving program for kids in Western Mass and Northern Connecticut. Past work experience includes several years managing a local small business; mutual fund accounting; real estate sales and other entrepreneurial endeavors. Reside in neighboring East Longmeadow with wife, Sue and daughters Deanna (15), Melanie (13), and Alison (10).
Maureen Naglieri
Administrative Assistant, Campus RecreationEmployed by the college in August 2004 for the Residence Life Office as an Administrative Secretary Previously employed at Bay Path College as an Administrative Assistant for Facilities and Purchasing Departments.
Kristen Brosius
Kristen was born and raised in Plymouth, NH. She received her B.S. degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology (Health Science/Psychology) from Keene State (NH), where she interned as a student Strength and Conditioning Coach. She is currently a graduate student working towards her M.Ed. in Athletic Counseling. This is her second year as the Head Coach of Springfield College Women’s JV Volleyball Team and Assistant Varsity Coach.
Andrea Malloch
Born in Plymouth Massachusetts, received her B.S. in Accounting from Elms College. Is currently in her second year working towards her M.S. in Occupational Therapy. Andrea worked for 3 years as the assistant to the Founder of Safe Haven, a not-for-profit agency. For the past three years she has also been the assistant softball coach at Elms College. Last year she was an AmeriCorps member at Springfield College.

Kelly Richards
I am from Edinboro, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pennsylvania where I recieved my B.S in Health and Physical Education with minors in Coaching and Health and Wellness Management. During this time I organized a local road race called the Fast Foot Frenzy which has raised over $10,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am currently a graduate student at Springfield College and am majoring in Sport Management. I just completed my internship in the athletic department at the University of Hawaii.
