R.A. Information and Application

Thanks for your interest in the Resident Assistant program at Springfield College. We believe this is a premier leadership position on our campus and we wish the best of luck to all students who decide to participate in the selection process.

The Selection Process

The first part of our Selection Process involves getting to know our Resident Assistant candidates. We want to know about them; who they are, why they are interested in the Resident Assistant position, and why they would be the best candidate for the position. The process also gives prospective candidates the opportunity to meet our Resident Directors.

We recognize the selection process can be a stressful time for students. However, we want to stress to candidates the importance of simply being yourself and enjoying the time spent with current staff and other applicants.

We look forward to meeting prospective Resident Assistants, and we hope the selection process provides all students a positive experience that helps them learn and grow.

Resident Assistant Application Process Instructions

The Fall 2010 Resident Assistant Search Launches on Monday, December 7, 2009.
Please pay close attention to the following due dates:

Head resident assistant applications are due no later than 4 p.m. on January, 15, 2010 to the Office of Residence Life. Returning resident assistant applications are due no later than 4 p.m. on January 22, 2010 to the Office of Residence Life. General resident assistant applications are due no later than 4 p.m. on February 9, 2010 to the Office of Residence Life.
