Top 10 Reasons to Attend your 20th College Reunion

10) To see if you could remember your post office box number and old dorm rooms.
9) A great excuse to find your old beanie, and of course, to see if you can still pull off wearing your skills uniform.
8) To tour the campus and see the phenomenal changes which have occurred over the last 20 years, including making Cheney Hall into a fantastic dining establishment.
7) To be a part of helping the Class of 1990 to reach a new personal best of participation in giving from 15% to 30%. Remember, no amount is too small. Each dollar given makes a big difference.
6) To bring your family to see a part of your history.
5) To check out the new Basketball Hall of Fame when you stay at the Hilton Garden Inn (right across the parking lot). 800 West Columbus Ave. Springfield, MA 01105. Telephone (413)886-8000. $119.00 plus tax. You must reserve by May 27th to receive the price. Mention group code 304363.
4) To look fondly back at those great haircuts. Ah, the days of perms and mullets, and BIG hair.
3) To wax nostalgia and trade favorite stories and songs, e.g., Grey Squirrel, from Freshman Orientation, Home Show, Stiyuka (oops, I mean "Spring Fling"), graduation week, and other memorable events.
2) To check out at least one of the great events we are planning for the reunion: golfing, yoga and tai chi programs, coffee house hosted by retired faculty, chocolate tasting with strawberries and champagne. Be a part of the 125 Story Core Booth, take a campus tour, attend the Casino Royal Gala (great for older kids too), attend a College Admissions workshop, put your kids in the Junior Pride Club while you hang out with old friends, walk in the Parade of Classes, beer and wine tastings, check out and try out the new athletic facilities, attend your class dinner. Look at all the fun you are going to have!
And the number 1) Reason to Attend Your Springfield College 20th Class Reunion:
1) To take the time to remember the people you went to school with now so that when the 50th comes around it won't be so difficult.
