Photography

The Office of Marketing and Communications works with professional photographers and can schedule coverage of an event, with prior notice, with a photographer. MarCom will provide an estimate of photographer’s fees to the client and, upon acceptance of the fees, enlist the photographer’s services. We will then create a shot list for the photographer.

For photography taken with those who are not members of the Springfield College community (e.g., students in a grade school who are being tutored by College volunteers), a Photography Release Form (.pdf) must be filled out. No photography of non-Springfield College members can be posted on the College’s Web site without a signed copy of this release.
