Oversee programs and services for approximately 900 residents of sophomore-senior standing in non-traditional housing: 600 students in a 170 unit apartment complex, 150 students in a living-learning center facility, and 120 students in a suite-style complex. Directly supervise 2 Residence Directors and indirectly 2 Assistant Residence Managers (graduate students) and 17 RAs. Directly responsible for on-site leadership and management of a townhouse complex for 200 seniors (in 33 living units) with a staff of 4 Resident Advisors. Serve as advisor to residential community Residence Hall Association. Also oversees the operational dynamics of the non-traditional areas.
