Graduate student aides have the same responsibility as the undergraduate student aides categorized as Student Worker I and Student Worker II. Additional responsibilities include:
Graduate student aides work with the secretary, but the work assignment is prioritized based on the department Professor’s need.
Graduate student aides assist the department in compiling research data, exam proctoring, filing, electronic article retrieval, etc. SPSS data entry. Enters exam scores. Literature reviews.
STUDENT WORKER II

Qualifications:
Training will be provided upon hire, and is ongoing. Successful candidates will have demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude about Springfield College, must enjoy talking to people, and be comfortable asking for money. As representatives of Springfield College, respect and professionalism are expected at all times.
Working hours:
The Phonathon runs Sunday – Thursday nights from 5:45pm – 9:00pm during the fall and spring semesters. Each caller is asked to work at least 2 shifts per week. Schedule can be flexible and worked out with supervisor upon hire. Pay is minimum wage.
