Wellness Points

Employee Wellness

Wellness Points:

  • Employee Wellness participants have the option to participate in our incentive program which runs during each academic year.
  • Participants should visit this page weekly to submit their wellness points.
  • At the end of each semester Campus Recreation will announce a designated period to redeem prizes.
  • Points left over from the fall semester may be carried over to the spring semester of the same academic year. However, points remaining at the end of the spring semester may not be carried over to the next academic year.

To submit your points each week, select the appropriate link. Please answer ALL 4 questions. (Please note that you will not be able to view your points once they are submitted. You may want to save your weekly totals for your own records. Once the dates have passed, links may be removed. If you forgot to log your points for a past week, simply add them to next week’s total.)
