Offers coursework specially designed to accommodate teachers whose schedules make it difficult to pursue traditional degree programs while meeting their professional responsibilities. Focuses on theories of curriculum design and evaluation; theories and techniques for supervising and evaluating personnel; organizational characteristics of schools and strategies for institutional change; sociology and philosophy of education; as well as school law; budgeting; plant management; human relations; and community education.
