No. 8 Wrestling Falls At No. 6 College Of New Jersey, 25-9

EWING, N.J. - Springfield College senior captain Brian Viglione (Chelmsford, Mass.) picked up a big win at 174 pounds, but it was the eighth-ranked Pride falling at sixth-ranked College of New Jersey, 25-9, Sunday.

Viglione improved to 21-7 this winter, earning a 3-1 decision over TCNJ's two-time All-American Paul Vaccaro.

Decisions by sophomore Jamie Sgaglione (Massapequa, N.Y.) and sophomore All-American Mike Gaeta (Manalapan, N.J.) staked the Pride to a 6-4 lead, but the Lions (13-3) went on to win four of the next five weight classes to seal the victory.

Gaeta, the seventh-ranked 141 pounder in Division III, improved to 24-6 this season, while Sgaglione stands at 9-8.
