Men’s Golf Finishes 14th At New England Qualifier
HOLDEN, Mass., Sept. 25, 2003– Springfield College finished 14th in a field of 18 teams at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Qualifier held at Holden Hills Country Club on Thursday.Matt MacCarthy led Springfield with an 80 to finish in a tie for 18th.
The Pride shot a 338 overall. UMass-Dartmouth won the event with a 309. The top seven finishing teams advance to the ECAC Division III Championship.
