



In the weight throw event, Lewis finished 12th in the nation with a toss of 54-9 1/4 or 16.69 meters.
Headley, who has been one of the top sprinters in the country all season, opened up his competition with the prelims in the 55-meter dash on Friday evening. Headley had the second-fastest qualifying time of the day after he crossed the finish line in 6.34 seconds.
Headley will line up next to the defending national champion, Eddie Bynum of Salem State, in lane three on Saturday.

He ranks among the nation’s most successful coaches, with an overall record of 433 wins, 141 losses, and two ties for an impressive .753 winning percentage. Under his direction, Kevin Coyle '12 won the 2011 Division III Indoor Long Jump National Championship.
