Kaeleigh Lannan has been chosen Springfield College's Female Maroon Club Athlete of the Week (Mar.31)after she led the Pride to an impressive week in a pair of games.
A native of Derry, N.H., Lannan had a breakout week for the Pride as she helped lead them to a 2-0 record. She was also named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Player of the Week for her efforts.
In the Pride's NEWMAC opener against Wheaton, Lannan netted a game-high four goals, including the game-winner, to go along with an assist as the Pride rallied to a 10-9 victory.
Earlier in the week against Keene State, Lannan recorded a goal and an assist in Springfield's 8-6 non-conference win.
