Women's Soccer Match Against Brandeis Postponed

SPRINGFIELD, Mass., September 9, 2006 – Tonight’s 5:00 p.m. women’s soccer match between Springfield College and Brandeis University has been postponed due to lightning.

The date and time of this rescheduled match will be announced later.

The Springfield College women’s soccer team returns to action on Wednesday, September 13th, when the Pride hosts Williams College at 7:30 p.m. on SC’s Brock-Affleck Field.

Head Coach John Gibson

John Gibson, a native of London, England, enters his 12th season as head women's soccer at Springfield College in the fall of 2011. Gibson has led the Pride to the NCAA Tournament in four of the last six years and has established the Pride as one of the top programs in the country.
