I was a YMCA Executive Director who worked with the Y organization for twenty-three years. My Y experience comprised of working in three associations 1) Worcester, MA 2) Middletown NY and 3) Tampa Metro Area. When I worked with the Y training thousands of lifeguards and swim Instructors at the national and international levels. I am currently working as an Online Enrollment Coordinator/Academic Success Coach at Springfield College Tampa Bay campus.
