Please note: confirmations will not be sent. Reunion headquarters is located in the Richard B. Flynn Campus Union foyer. Room reservations and tickets can be picked up there. If you plan to arrive after registration hours, notify the Office of Alumni Relations by May 31, so we may welcome you properly.
REMEMBER: REFUNDS REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE. ALL TICKETS WILL BE PICKED UP AT CHECK IN. Please note that there will be a $5 late fee per person for anyone registering for Saturday’s dinner after 4 p.m., on Thursday, June 6. This is the only event that carries a late fee.
Residence Hall Rooms:
Rooms are available in International Hall for the Class of 1973, and in Alumni Hall for all other classes at a rate of $28 per single/night and $40 per double/night. Children under 16 stay free in their parents’ reserved room. These accommodations contain bare necessities, including linens. NO rooms have private baths. Also, remember that these rooms are not air-conditioned. Fans are suggested.
The Alumni Association Guidelines for Alcohol Consumption abide by the rules of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the federal Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989 (P.I. 101-226), the All-College Social Events and Alcohol Policy, and Springfield College policies. The College’s Department of Public Safety will enforce these rules.
Springfield College has a fine tradition of promoting healthy values associated with its Humanics philosophy, and we are confident that the Alumni Association supports these values. Any alcohol consumed by alumni and their guests on College grounds must be purchased through the licensed bar at the event in question and consumed at that event.
Anyone with special needs should contact the Office of Alumni Relations in writing at least three weeks prior to your arrival. Most buildings are partially or fully accessible. Maps are available.
Babysitting is available for Friday and Saturday evenings. For information, check the appropriate space on the attached registration form. Forms may also be found on the Office of Alumni Relations page of the Springfield College website at springfieldcollege.edu. To ensure proper child/adult ratios, advance reservations are required. Requesting this flyer is not equivalent to making reservations.
Recreational Vehicle Information:
Springfield College can no longer accommodate power hook-ups for recreational vehicles on campus.
Springfield College provides welcoming and exceptional athletic facilities and fields for the use of our students, alumni, staff, and guests. Please be advised that with the exception of service dogs, no pets shall be brought onto or permitted on any athletic field or playing surface. Due to liability issues, pet care is the responsibility of the owner. Staff members are not permitted to watch pets for any length of time.
Use of the Wellness & Recreation Complex:
The Wellness & Recreation Complex will be open to returning alumni during designated hours. You will need to show a valid driver’s license and your reunion name tag. Hours of operation will be posted upon arrival.
