The undergraduate psychology program at Springfield College goes beyond just the study of human behavior. At Springfield College, students will gain a practical understanding of people, as well as a theoretical and scholarly appreciation for the issues associated with the expansive and ever-growing field of psychology.
In addition to preparing students to enter the workplace as well-prepared and highly-trained professionals, Springfield College psychology students will receive the pre-training that is required to enter graduate school in psychology or in one of the applied fields.
As undergraduates, psychology majors explore areas such as child psychology, motivation and learning, abnormal psychology, educational psychology, interviewing and counseling, and more. Students have the option of also selecting one of four concentrations for in-depth study.
