The Academic Success Center

Hickory Hall
The Academic Success Center’s offers in one location, readily and easily accessible services including support in writing, mathematics, science, subject area tutoring, study skills counseling and assistance for students with documented disabilities. All of the Academic Success Center’s services are free and are available to any student on the Springfield College main campus. The creation of the Academic Success Center stands as a milestone of Springfield College’s commitment to its mission and marks a new phase to expand both the breadth and depth of the academic services that Springfield College offers its students.
The Center has three core support services: Writing Support Services, Math-Science Support Services, and Learning Support Services. These support services are available by appointment or on a drop-in basis during their regular hours of operation. There are several Individualized Academic Programs under the auspices of the Academic Success Center which students must formally request before using.
